摘要
Petri net and human-machine interactive function have been integrated into the virtual disassembly/assembly system in EON studio. The system consists of four function modules: virtual environment, interactive control, dedicated simulation, and data management as well as image generation modules of assembly/disassembly. The static part model is constructed by Pro/Engineer platform. It is subsequently imported to EON virtual environment from the Pro/Engineer software output file. The human-machine interface is implemented by event-driven and routing mechanism together with sensor node. The assembly/disassembly sequence planning in Petri net is constructed such that the real-time collision detection can be performed. The critical points on assembly/disassembly path are recorded and transferred to data chained list of assembly/disassembly sequence. In addition, the motion control of virtual machine tools is conducted by place node and script node of EON. Consequently, the development of virtual assembly/disassembly training system is carried out by EON studio, Visual C++6.0, and script language.
