摘要
In this paper, a stable marching-on-in-time (MOT) solution is presented for the analysis of TE transient scattering from two-dimensional (2D) conducting objects utilizing the time-domain electric-field integral equations (TD-EFIE). The TD-EFIE is expressed by the second derivative of the magnetic vector potential which is approximated with a second-order central finite difference. To obtain stable results, a three-step time averaging technique is applied to the presented MOT algorithm. The accuracy and stability of the presented method are demonstrated by the results obtained from inverse discrete Fourier transform (IDFT) techniques.
