摘要：

Chyle fistula is a rare condition, associated with loss of fluids, electrolytes, nutrients, lymphocytes, and immune dysfunction. They are managed by dietary modification or by surgical treatment. A case of chyle fistula developing after nephrectomy for non-functioning kidney is reported, along with various management modalities. A novel technique of fistula closure by contrast instillation is described. Patient is well after 2years of surgery.
