摘要
As the intra-cavity and emitted power in optical emitters continues to rise, both linear and non-linear loss mechanisms contribute to the saturation of emitted power. This paper will discuss the physical mechanisms that constitute loss in semiconductor emitters, and offer insight into how these mechanisms can be mitigated.
