摘要
In the commented paper, the optical path length factor Z(0) is evaluated in a high-performance Si solar cell by using a reported procedure, which requires a previous determination of the slope 1/W-IQE and the y-intercept 1/eta(c)' of the linear fit to inverse internal quantum efficiency 1/IQE versus absorption depth 1/ a, where a is the absorption coefficient. The authors of the commented paper calculate values of W-IQE and. eta(c)' that are inconsistent with their data and graphs. In this comment, self-consistent values of W-IQE and. eta(c)' are derived that are congruent with the data.
