摘要：
Introduction. - Kawasaki disease is a systemic necrotizing vasculitides concerning medium arteries and affecting predominantly young children. Case record. - We describe here an incomplete Kawasaki disease occurring in an adult with an unusual manifestation presenting as aseptic purulent meningitis. Discussion. - Diagnosis and treatment management of incomplete Kawasaki disease. (C) 2006 Publie par Elsevier SAS.
