摘要
In this study, a wideband bandpass filter is designed using particle swarm optimization technique. The PSO is adopted to find the optimal value of each lumped component of the BPF. Optimized results show that the design goal is successfully achieved. The results are verified by Agilent ADS for validity. Excellent agreement between them can be seen. The ripples of vertical bar S21 vertical bar in the passband are less than 0.03 dB and levels of vertical bar S21 vertical bar in the stopband are less than -25 dB. The comparison shows that the performance of proposed wideband BPF outperforms that of the recent published work.
