摘要
Previous research evidenced that the polarity of the reaction mixture has great influence on the alcoholisis process. In the presence of superior alcohols (C-2-C-10) or aromatic hydrocarbons the viscosity of the gel-phase shows important changes. Considering these aspects, in the present paper the influence of paraffin oil on the consistency of the gel-phase was assessed. The results evidenced that small amounts of paraffin oil reduce considerably the reaction-mixture viscosity, thus the alcoholysis process can be carried out in classical reactors equipped with common stirrer.
