摘要
Based on the temperature control characteristics of dry anaerobic fermentation, this system use Siemens S7-200 PLC and force control configuration software designed a real-time monitoring and control system about the temperature of fermentation. Briefly introduces the hardware structure design, the software design method, the temperature core program on gathering and processing. This system can realize the near manual and automatic operation, remote real-time monitoring about temperature. It has superiority on higher reliability, higher accuracy, stronger real-time property, easier operate.
