摘要：

With the implementation of the basic education of foreign teachers performance pay system, researchers teacher merit pay system deepening. It found that research focused on the relationship between teacher performance relational schema wage system, assessment and evaluation of teachers' performance pay, the relationship between teacher performance pay and the quality of education, teacher merit pay and teacher incentives, teacher merit pay and school management.
