摘要
Hydrothermal synthesized La2O3/CaO (La/Ca) co-doped BaTiO3 (BT) powders have been prepared. Transmission electron microscope clearly shows that particle morphology of the crystallized powders obtained is almost spherical-like and the average particle size of BT powders is derived to be 150 similar to 200 nm. X-ray diffraction pattern derives the hydrothermal synthesized La/Ca co-doped BT powders belong to tetragonal phase. The La/Ca co-doped BT powders were mixed with 5% PVA and the pellets were fabricated. Scanning electron microscope manifests that La/Ca co-doped BT ceramic is conducive to the sintering densification and improves dielectric property. Dielectric analysis indicates that the ceramic samples with 1:1 and 3:1 La/Ca ratios satisfies X7R specification, especially the sample with 1:1 La/Ca ratio which has favorable dielectric properties including high dielectric constant (3798), low dielectric loss (0.0189) and high insulation resistance (2.7x10(12) Omega) holds prospects in developing practical ceramic capacitors.
