摘要
We use surface acoustic waves (SAWs) to drive coherent Rabi oscillations of individual silicon vacancy (SiV) spins. Rabi frequencies as high as 48 MHz are obtained with 4 mW total input power. Ramsey interferometry is used to measure a spin coherence of 29 ns at 5.8 Kelvin. (C) 2019 The Author(s)
