摘要：

We report a case of synovial sarcoma in a 58-year-old woman arising from the anterior abdominal wall. Sonography demonstrated a large mass with an unusual complex "honeycomb" echo-texture. Doppler imaging displayed increased vascularity in the E;olid parts of the tumor. (C) 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
