摘要
In the current society of high flow rate, enterprise employee turnover, especially non-normal wastage caused huge economic losses to the business, so how to effectively resolve the problem of employee turnover has become a major problem for most enterprises urgent to address. This paper analyzes the reasons of employee turnover based on organizational commitment, believes that organizational commitment and employee turnover intention and behavior are closely linked, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to control and reduce employee turnover rates from communication, incentives, space for development and corporate culture.
