摘要：

The key to survival progress, and being strong for an enterprise is competitive power, the authors think, and the business process is in fact that a company generates, forms, and manages the competitive power; Therefore, the paper makes an approach to the elements of competitive power, which follows two topics: contents of business process reengineering (BPR) in manufacturing industry and some crucial problems to be solved.
