QUALITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND INFLUENCING FACTORS OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION QUALITY

Annotation. At the present time one of the main resources is human resorces ensuring the economic development. Human resorce potential depends on two main factors: the number of inhabitants and the quality of human resources. One of the main factor influensing the human resorces quality is education. At competition market education is product. It is impossible to ensure high quality of product. But how to evaluate it? In article is considered different aspects of evaluation of the higher education quality. There are three main groups, which influences the higher education quality: state and politics in the higher education sphere, consumers, educational institutions. Each group has different criterions of evaluation of higher education quality.
