摘要：

Because the IT is growing quickly, so the curriculum development is considered in relation to IT growing. The continuing learning is given the times of un-limited learning age coming. In this paper, the cobweb concept and learning oriented were introduced to the curriculum development and the learning styles to construct our model. To combine the teaching parts of a course and two items of each kind and four kinds of learning styles were used to show out our model. A course of financial information system was set by the E-learning center of university of Chunghua community in the central Taiwan for adult learning is our example case be used to prove that our model could be used to practical field. The curriculum development with learning styles not only can promote the effect of learning but also can design a changeable and free of choice by learner course.
