Efficiency Estimation of Hybrid Electrical Complex for Voltage and Current Waveform Correction in Power Systems of Oil Enterprises

摘要
The actuality of current and voltage harmonics correction by means of hybrid electrical complex is proved in order to improve efficiency of power supply systems of oil production enterprises. The required level of harmonic correction is achieved by means of implementation of active and passive filters in frame of hybrid electrical complex. The structure of hybrid electrical complex based on parallel active filter and two passive filters that were set for elimination of 5th and 7th current harmonics is developed. Also this structure was adapted for usage of common DC link, both for power converter of variable speed drive system and parallel active filter. The mathematical and computer simulation models of the observed hybrid electrical complex with common DC link for the conditions of distributed power supply systems of oil production enterprises are developed. The control system of active part of the hybrid electrical complex is developed, which contains phase converters, pulse generator on the basis of relay regulators with variable hysteresis width, DC link voltage regulator. Analysis of non-sinusoidal level correction efficiency of voltage and current waveforms was conducted after simulation of hybrid electrical complex. The calculations of economic efficiency of hybrid electrical complex usage were performed for conditions of power supply systems of oil production enterprises. The obtained results prove that the developed hybrid electrical complex with common DC link for the distributed power supply of oil production enterprises is efficient, reliable and also can be installed in the existing centralized and combined power supply systems.
