摘要：

The application of incentive strategies and methods is one of the main ways to improve students' learning interest and motivation in the teaching of information technology courses in primary schools, but due to the lack of systematic design and theoretical guidance, the effect of its application in teaching is not ideal. Based on the incentive theory, this paper aims to construct a systematic incentive mechanism model and apply it to the actual teaching to test the function and effectiveness of the model.
