School cultural soft power is an important part of the Universities strength; the national tradition sports teaching in universities in Xinjiang should shift the learning skills to the cultural heritage. Only by learning the national tradition sports, more traditional culture could be learned by students. It will be an important practice of improving the Traditional Sports culture soft power.
