摘要：
One characteristic feature of economic policies is the attribute of synthetic and global vision translated into the correlation, as a result of the sequencing and prioritizing process, of partial or separate objectives in the sense of subordinating them to a central objective at the level of the national economic system. In order to overcome the crisis period, performing a theoretical analysis of crisis is not enough unless it is accompanied by a set of coherent economic measures.
