Magnetic and transport properties of dense Kondo systems, CeTSb2 (T=Ni, Cu, Pd and Ag)

摘要
We have investigated the magnetic and transport properties of RTSb2 (R=La and Ce: T=Ni, Cu, Pd and Ag) by magnetic susceptibility, electrical resistivity and specific heat. These compounds crystallize in the ZrCuSi2-type structure and the resistivity of each Ce compound shows dense Kondo-type behavior. For CeCuSb2 and CeAgSb2, magnetic order was found at 8 and 10 K, respectively. Other Ce compounds did not show any transition down to 0.5 K, while a superconducting transition was found in LaTSb2 (T=Ni, Cu and Pd) at 1.0, 0.9 and 2.7 K, respectively.
