摘要
Within the current panorama, world markets consider, the "supply": production, distribution and the "demand": reception, consumption of knowledge, as fundamental sources that allow competitiveness, the development of nations, of the productive instances linked to the production of goods, services and diverse wealth, among others, as Nosnik in 2012, pointed out, corte Sostenible fato es since today, this is gestated in terms of knowledge, and not only for raw materials, finished products or capital goods. In this sense, it is essential to highlight the need to make transparent and transform the economic and political-social models, which prevent the implementation of the Human Rights to Access to Information and Knowledge, among others for purposes that are linked to these, such as the Rights inherent to Communication, Hearings, etc., with charitable purposes for Digital Citizenship, which is a Right per se. With this, identify mechanisms and tools in favor of Digital Inclusion and Literacy, for which an approximation of the links between Digital Communication is made from the Social Responsibility approach with them, which is directly related to Access to Information and universal Knowledge that the Information Society (SIC), demands in order to become a Knowledge Society, which in turn also migrates towards sustainability.
