摘要
The article refers to the research aimed to study the system of individual psychophysiological characteristics of trainability (in case of mastering music and performing move). To compare the impact of traditional learning of pianists and training based on a use of computer technology Neurofeedback, the psychometric and electrophysiological features of neuronal and muscle tension activation of 42 students were investigated. It is shown that in two-month Neurofeedback training there was improvement in musical performing, increase in indicators of self-actualization, decrease of anxiety, of redundant neuronal (EEG alpha power) and muscular (EMG) activation. It has been revealed that training efficiency depended on the baseline individual alpha-activity of electroencephalography (EEG) and the pedagogical instructions. The authors have concluded that Neurofeedback training leads to development of optimal behavioural strategy both in music performing and other learning skills, well-being.
