摘要
Determining the total flavonoids in Llex Kudincha by traditional spectrophotomeic method, baseline shift and asymmetric absorption peak were occurred on the absorption curve. The absorbance error of interfering components turbid solution, Background changed with concentration changed and asymmetric absorption peak problems can be eliminated by three wavelength spectrophotomeic method. The flavonoids in Llex Kudincha with aluminate to produce stable complex which absorption there was red shift of longer wavelength. The regression equation of concentration similar toDeltaA was obtained: DeltaA=-3.702x10(-3)+3.7023 C, correlation coefficient r=0.9994. The experimental results demostrate the total flavonoid.s concentrations in 600similar to1600 (mg/L) with DeltaA obeying linear relation measured the absorbance at wavelength lambda(1)=470 nm, lambda(2)=420 nm, lambda(3)=370 nm. The recovery is 98%similar to112% and the coefficient of variation is 1.14% (n= 9). The method is more advantageous than traditional spectrophotomeic method.
