Staff development of tutor skills for problem-based learning

摘要
The medical faculty of the University of Liverpool is undergoing a major curriculum reform from a traditional course to a student-centred curriculum. To help facilitate the change, staff have been supported by a staff development programme. This paper describes the initial workshop in a programme introducing problem-based learning for over 300 participants, and its evaluation.
