摘要
La2O3-coated BaTiO3 core shell submicron particles are synthesized using chemical methods. The effects of the La2O3 coating characteristics, adjusted through pH control, on the microstructure and dielectric properties of the resulting composite BaTiO3 multilayer-capacitor ceramics are studied, and compared with bulk BaTiO3 and Ba0.97La0.02TiO3 ceramics. We obtained fine-grained ceramics with temperature-stable dielectric properties, a maximum permittivity of 2902 and a dielectric loss of less than 0.6% at room temperature.
