摘要：

This article studies the implementation of "Performance Art New Course System during Recess" in Luolong secondary and primary schools, by conducting questionnaire surveys to some leaders in Education Department as well as leaders, teachers and students' in 32 schools in Luolong, Luoyang, Henan to understand the status of secondary and primary schools Sunshine Sports as a curriculum in Luolong district. The results show that, leaders in Education Department and schools makes Sunshine Sports as a breakthrough of quality education. The new course ensures students exercise 1 hour per day with rich activities, which mobilizes the students' initiatives of sports. Effect of the Sunshine Sports as a curriculum is outstanding.
