摘要
In this paper, we have tried to reduce the frequency deviation in the dynamic mode by improving the frequency controller and implementing a new method. The proposed controller is designed for a microgrid that includes renewable resources. The proposed controller strategy is such that the controller's constants are regulated by fuzzy logic at any given time and optimized by differential evolution (DE) algorithm. To improve the performance of the controller, its parameters are modeled by considering uncertainty. The main motivation for proposing this control strategy is to combine the fuzzy logic characteristics and the proposed algorithm to reduce the control actions and to find the optimal fuzzy control to meet the robust control of the frequency controller in the transient state. Simulation results by applying different disturbances indicate the proper performance of the proposed controller compared to the fuzzy PI controller and PI commonplace. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd.
