Weak room temperature ferromagnetism and ferroelectric behavior in sonochemically synthesized bismuth and iron codoped SrTiO3 nanoparticles

摘要
Bi3+/Fe3+ single as well as codoped SrTiO3 rianoparticles have been synthesized using a facile sonochemical method. Magnetic and ferroelectrit properties of the samples have been studied and it has been observed that Bi3+/Fe3+ codoped samples exhibit weak room temperature ferromagnetism as well as ferroelectric behavior.
