摘要
In the paper a new damage parameter-total strain energy density for fatigue analysis has been examined. The parameter can be applied to both Masing and non-Masing material description. The relationships of the proposed damage parameters for both types of material description have been shown. The parameter has been applied to fatigue experimental data for carbon steel St5, A516 steel and titanium alloy Wt3-1. Comparison has shown to be in good agreement.
