摘要
This paper discusses in depth the key design and implementation issues of e-government system integration. These key issues include core management services, Internet based integrated administrative service, cross-bureau collaboration, as well as system architecture. The discussion is based on an integrated e-government system for GuangZhou municipal Construction Committee which has been successfully developed and deployed.
