摘要：

Through analysis on the types and characteristics of physical education mode at present stage in Chinese regular colleges and universities, this essay elaborates the current situation and development trend of colleges and universities'teaching mode, providing certain theoretical foundations and references to construct colleges' and universities'physical education mode adapted to physical teaching characteristics in the new period.
