摘要：
In the previous paper the author has introduced a class of operators of geophysical hydrodynamics, studied the properties of those operators, and obtained spectrum bounds for some types of boundary conditions. In this paper similar studies are presented for other sets of boundary conditions. At the same time, special functional spaces A(N), A(S), A(NS) of vector functions are introduced and properties of these spaces are studied.
