摘要：
A new design of photovoltaic cells for ground solar energy converters based on CdxZn1 - xS/Cu2S heterostructures is proposed. A technology for fabricating the variband heterostructures is developed, which employs pyrolysis of aerosols of aqueous solutions of metal thiocarbamide complexes.
