摘要
Upconverting nanoparticles can be excited by near-infrared light and have a high tissue penetration depth, and have a wide range of applications in the field of bioimaging. The commonly prepared NaYF4:Yb,Er are oil soluble, which limits their further biological applications and requires surface modification. In this article, we describe in detail the methods of PVP-modified NaYF4:Yb,Er and successfully modify oil-soluble NaYF4:Yb,Er to be water-soluble.
