摘要
With the wide application of wind power systems, inertia identification of wind farm (WF) with virtual inertia control is more and more important. In this paper, a time-frequency transformation method is proposed to identify the equivalent virtual inertial constant of WF online. The inertia contribution of WF to grid is expressed quantitatively by using active power deviation and frequency deviation. The simulation model is established based on Matlab/Sinmulink to verify the correctness of the proposed identification algorithm. The equivalent virtual inertia constant of WF is identified under various wind speeds, which proves the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
