摘要
This paper relates to a device pairing algorithm and information exchange, which enable establishment of communications between plural entities and facilitate the exchange of messages between customers (e.g., customers) and service providers (e.g., servers). This communication system also defines a set of messages captured and stored on database servers for later reference and analytics. Such communication services enable mobile devices to pair and communicate in either real-time or time-shifted mode where pairing requests and messages are retrieved and progressively rendered from data storage. Device pairing and message dispatching are routed progressively as they are transmitted to a recipient device or data servers that store pairing requests and messages. The uniqueness of the model is the communication system driving the messaging platform where the client communication devices are programmable devices, such as mobile and desktop computers, capable of running the communication application.
