An Efficient, Microwave-Assisted, One-Pot Synthesis of Fluorinated 2,5-Disubstituted 1,3,4-Oxdiazole Derivative

摘要
Efficient, rapid, and green procedure has been developed for the synthesis fluorinated 2,5-disubstituted 1,3,4-oxdiazoles using one-pot reaction of isoniazid or nicotic acid hydrazide and different fluorinated acid in the presence of ceric ammonium nitrate in PEG-400 as a solvent under microwave irradiation. The synthesized compounds were characterized by H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, IR, and mass spectra. The yields are good to excellent, the process is rapid. The protocol was shown to have some advantageous such as short reaction time, low cost, eco-friendly catalyst, and mild reaction conditions.
