摘要：
Langmuir films of cytochrome C have been prepared with the aid of preliminary solubilization of the the protein in water bubbles of reverse microemulsion of Aerosol OT in hexane. Conditions for the protein monolayers formation, namely, pH, temperature, salt concentration in subphase as well as microemulsion bubbles hydration degree have been studied.
