Analysis of guided SAW in channel waveguides on LiNbO3

摘要
The mode characteristics of Surface acoustic waves (SAW) channel waveguide are studied. The interesting results are: (1) the introduction of the concept of "sound refraction index"; (2) the waveguide width suiting for mono-mode condition for 170MHz; (3) the dispersion relationships of waveguides. As a results, Good agreement between the present theory and experimental results is achieved.
