Super-crystalline phase in quasi-one-dimensional conductors

摘要
A model, where phase transition between the Peierls and periodic soliton wall superlattice (super-crystalline) charge-density-wave phases occur in a magnetic field, is proposed. The model accounts for the peculiarities of the phase diagram in a quasi-one-dimensional conductor (Per)(2)Pt(mnt)(2). In the absence of a magnetic field, our model is equivalent to the exactly solvable model of Brazovskii, Dzyaloshinskii, and Kirova. (C) 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
