Research on Developmental Trend of BIM Technology of Construction Project under Big Data and Internet Background

In this paper, we conduct research on modern developmental trend of BIM technology of the construction project under big data and Internet background. BIM is a new force to promote the development of modern construction industry, can effectively reduce construction waste of resources, improve the production efficiency of the construction industry, but the BIM application in a foreign country is relatively common, and application in China is less, so it is necessary to speed up the BIM technology domestic product research. How to use BIM technology service to make the BIM to create more value, and do not blindly pursue the model accuracy, but applied research direction to real point, this is the goal we need effort.
