The man who created time

These materials are dedicated to the 90th anniversary of V.P. Zinchenko, a well-known Russian psychologist, author of publications on a wide range of issues in the field of psychology and philosophy, as well as related disciplines. The works of V P. Zinchenko without exaggeration can be called the heritage of modern Russian culture, since they raise problems that go beyond the narrow limits of psychological knowledge proper. His works, in the language of L.S. Vygotsky, are marked by historical significance. V P. Zinchenko is not only the author of bright original articles published on the pages of the journal "Voprosy Psykhologii", but an ideological inspirer and fair critic, a permanent member of the editorial board of the journal, which greatly contributed to the constant increase in the requirements for its content. This explains, not least, our current appeal to the anniversary date: both the past and the future of the journal "Voprosy Psykhologii" are connected with the name of V.P. Zinchenko. It is interesting to note that, according to V.P. Zinchenko, "Voprosy Psykhologii" is "an intelligent magazine responding to anniversaries&, and thus the materials published below correspond to the spirit of the magazine. One can realize the greatness of the scientist not only from his books and articles, but also from oral speeches, interviews given by him, as well as the memories of those who were lucky enough to know V.P. Zinchenko to attend his lectures, listen to reports at conferences, ask difficult questions with the hope of getting answers to them. And the current material is a clear illustration of what has been said.
