Agricultural wastes

This paper presents a series of works conducted to characterize humic substances in the environment and how they relate to organic waste. It introduces methods for quality assurance and quality control on waste sampling for environmental monitoring. In addition, the role that agricultural environmental auditing currently plays in ensuring compliance with certain production standards associated with quality marketing schemes, with the emphasis on agricultural pollution minimization policies and costs, is discussed.
