摘要
Small-sample method must be used in the performance evaluation of weapon because of its few experiments and inapplicability of the classical method. In this paper, methods of Bayes and Bootstrap are combined to evaluate hit precision of certain weapon system. Comparing of current engineering algorithms and new method by simulation are used to illustrate that classical method is flawed, new method is validated.
