In this paper, on the basis of the role of construction enterprises culture, the modern connotation of enterprises culture under the perspective of knowledge management (KM) and the each other relations of enterprises culture & KM are comprehensively discussed, and points out the existing problems of construction enterprises culture and puts forward the construction thinking under the background of KM.
