摘要
Cobalt ferrite (CFO) was synthetized by a hydrothermal method. Then the CFO particles were coated with Zr, Ti and Pb by a surface precipitation method, sol method and hydrothermal method, respectively. After calcination, XRD results show that the composite consist of two phases: cobalt ferrite and lead zirconate titanate (PZT). Core-shell structure of CFO/PZT composite particles can be observed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). After sintering, we finally obtained the 0-3 type composite ceramic, which possesses magnetoelectric effect. On this basis, the effect of different sintering processes was discussed.
