摘要
X-ray absorption and emission spectra are used to characterize the effects of various treatment methods on explosive detonation nanodiamond (ND) products. Absorption spectra suggest strong near surface changes from treatment, while emission spectra show that the bulk structures remain relatively unchanged. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
