摘要
The aim of the ongoing research work is to analyze the composite action of the structural elements of composite floors by experimental and numerical studies. The mechanical and frictional interlocks result in a complex behaviour and failure under horizontal shear. This is why the design characteristics can be determined only by standardized experiments. The purpose of the research work is to (i) simplify the experiments and (ii) to develop an advanced numerical model for the simulation based derivation of the constants. The paper shows a novel experimental analysis of an individual embossed mechanical bond which provide with a verification background for numerical modelling.
